Good sleep is for everybody.

I'm a clinical psychologist and sleep researcher with over a decade of experience in healthcare and academia. Sleep is the bedrock of our mental, physical and social wellbeing – and my vision is a better rested and connected world.

I bring together sleep, circadian and psychological science to improve care across communities. I led a world-first study supporting new parents with insomnia during my PhD and later designed an innovative sleep program for caregivers and people with dementia during my postdoctoral fellowship.

I take a systems approach – recognising the structural and social factors that shape our health. I've worked across hospitals, education, not-for-profits and private practice to create deep change.

Currently, I teach psychology students on systems reform, cultural safety and health innovation as an adjunct research fellow at Monash University. Equity and advocacy are at the heart of all I do.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy nature, travelling, music and writing.
