Our expertise

Dr Sumedha Verma, founder and sleep psychologist
Deep Sleep Health was founded by Dr Sumedha Verma, a clinical psychologist and researcher trained in sleep and circadian science, to make frontline sleep support accessible for large-scale positive impact across workplaces, communities and health systems.

Dr Verma's clinical and research work spans behavioural sleep medicine, digital health innovation, implementation and organisational change. She serves on the research committee of the Australasian Sleep Association and lectures in sleep and circadian health, cultural safety and mental health reform.

Deep Sleep Health is supported by a growing network of clinicians, academics, workplace leaders and digital health experts, ensuring what we deliver is credible, current and clinically informed.
